Bidding Rules

​

1.Each bid shall be submitted by email to tara@watertowercapital.com. Bids must increase by at least $100. The bids must specify the Lot # and the amount bid. Contact information for each bidder must be submitted with each bid, including but not limited to your name, e mail address, and telephone #, the method of payment, ACH, Wire, or payment by cashier’s check.

2.This website will update the bids, as they are received.  The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 pm CDT on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Bids must be submitted by email to tara@watertowercapital.com.

3.The auctioneer reserves the right to accept a “preemptive” bid. For example, the auctioneer may choose to close the action if a bid of high enough value is submitted, even if this bid is made before the July 17th deadline. Bidders are encouraged to present “preemptive” bids.

4.If there are multiple bidders, for a particular lot, or lots, still submitting bids within 15 minutes of 12:00 pm, then the deadline for submitting additional bids will be extended in increments of 15 minutes, for each bid submitted, until no additional bids are submitted within a 15-minute period.

5.ACH or wire transfers for the winning bids, for each lot, must be received by Oostburg State Bank, no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, July 19, 2024.

6.If the winning bidder fails to make the payment deadline above, then the next highest bidder has 24 hours to submit its payment, as specified above. 

​

7.All goods are being sold, “as is” and F.O.B. Oostburg, WI.  

​

8.Any goods not removed by Wednesday, July 24, 2024, shall be deemed to be abandoned.
