Yunker Industries, Inc. designs, manufactures, and installs large format semi-permanent and permanent signage for retailers, nationwide.  John has been an Executive Director of Yunker Industries since 2014. In connection with Yunker’s relocation to the Elkhorn facility and the acquisition of state of the art, large format digital printers, John ran a successful refinancing process for the company.

Arrow Companies, LLC is a privately held operating company in southeastern Wisconsin that has three separate divisions:  1. Arrow Cabinets is a supply chain solutions company that has one of the broadest lines of sewing and craft furniture in the world.   2. Arrow Fulfillment provides warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution services. 3. Arrow Everyday EDI Services provided electronic data interface document transfer services.  Following the sale of the EDI Business in March of 2017, two of the four shareholders of Arrow Companies, LLC expressed their desire to have their ownership interests redeemed by the Company.  John and Mike provided the company and its shareholders with both a Valuation and a Fairness Opinion on the buyout of the two shareholders.

National Premium was $30+ million industry leading promotional products distributor for clients including Harley-Davidson, Snap-On Tools, Case IH, and Ecolab.  Principals of Water Tower Capital acted as the Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) and Interim CFO of NP. Principals of Water Tower Capital also managed the sale of the Assets, on behalf of the secured lender.

• Retained by the bondholders to provide valuation testimony in connection with their opposition to a pre-arranged POR

• Terms of the POR were amended to the benefit of the bondholders

• Subsequent to the reorganization, served on the board of directors from 2007 until 2009
