Yunker Industries, Inc. designs, manufactures, and installs large format semi-permanent and permanent signage for retailers, nationwide.  John has been an Executive Director of Yunker Industries since 2014.  In 2016, the company completed its move from its Lake Geneva headquarters to a facility in nearby Elkhorn WI; however, its screen printing operations were still located in the Lake Geneva facility.  In September of 2016, John and Tara listed the 200 E. Sheridan Springs Road Property for lease on LoopNet / Co-Star.  The sale of the building closed on December 27, 2017.  The buyer has agreed to lease the screen print area back to Yunker, which will permit Yunker to effectuate a transition of its screen printing operations, without any interruption of services to its customers.

363 Sale.  On September 18, 2013, 14 Super Wal-Mart Shadow Centers and 2 out-lots that are adjacent to Super Wal-Mart Shadow Centers were auctioned free and clear of encumbrances, by Water Tower Capital, LLC on behalf of the Chapter 7 Trustee for the Estate of Ken & Cynthia Klein.  On July 8th, the Chapter 7 Trustee sought approval for the sale of 15 of the properties, by and through Water Tower Capital, LLC, as its agent. The bidders were required to submit an all cash, “qualified bid” in writing, along with a deposit, by September 11, 2013. Twenty qualified bidders participated in the auction on September 18th and all 15 properties were sold to 8 different buyers for $16,300,000. The Court approved the sale on September 19, 2013

John Stark served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Coldwater Portfolio Partners, LLC and managed the 37 Super Wal-Mart Shadow Centers during the Chapter 11 proceeding (Case No. 12-31182-HCD) N.D. of IN.  The plan of reorganization for the $70 million of debt owed by Coldwater Portfolio Partners was confirmed on July 17, 2013.

Water Tower Capital, LLC was retained by Coldwater Portfolio Partners, LLC (“CPP I”), (12-31182 N.D. of IN) and Retail Centers Management, LLC, (“RCM”) (12-31617 N.D of IN) so that John Stark could serve as the Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) of the 55 Super Wal-Mart Shadow Centers during the Chapter 11 reorganizations of the CPP I, CPP II, and the TKG portfolios.  RCM is the property manager for the CPP I, CPP II, and TKG portfolios

John Stark was installed as the court appointed receiver for Holley Moulding, Millfab, and New Zealand Forrest Products, USA in September of 2014.  Holley Moulding and its affiliates manufactured hardwood moulding for residential and commercial applications.  As the Receiver, John managed the auction of the equipment in both Stoughton, WI and Sarcoxie, MO and he managed the sale of the real estate in Stoughton, WI.
